Alongside the 2007 full-length The Simpsons Movie, the first mobile game based on the series was released. Minutes to Meltdown is a 2.5D adventure game that follows Homer as he tries to prevent Springfield from being destroyed in a nuclear meltdown. The player can explore different Springfield environments and interact with many of the show’s characters. Minutes to Meltdown was met with average reviews and found brief, mild popularity.

Huh. Is that just referring to other characters from the show itself, or is this implying that the new season is going to have cameos from other WBD IPs
