A History of “The Simpsons” in Video Games
The Simpsons Bowling

Developer: Konami
Publisher: Konami
Platforms: Arcade
Release Date: 2000
In the late 90s the release of Simpsons video games slowed down, and it wasn’t until 2000 when The Simpsons Bowling arcade game was released. The 3D trackball game follows the basic premise and rules of 10-pin bowling. There are nine playable characters, including The Simpsons themselves as well as Groundskeeper Willie, Mr. Burns, Krusty, Apu, and Grandpa. Each character has different strengths and offered individual cinematic conclusions. Reception for Simpsons Bowling leaned to the positive side for being a good bowling game for its time.

"There are also other characters that come and go (also owned by the Warner Bros. Discovery conglomerate media company)."
Huh. Is that just referring to other characters from the show itself, or is this implying that the new season is going to have cameos from other WBD IPs
