Breaking Bear Gets Premiere Date On Tubi
Tubi is doubling down on its original adult animation lineup. The streaming platform has officially released the explicit, Red Band trailer for its highly anticipated adult animated comedy series, Breaking Bear.
Described as an irreverent, 2D cartoon take on the crime genre, the series introduces a dysfunctional family of woodland creatures who resort to a full-on criminal lifestyle to protect their forest from corporate greed and underworld elements.
The Plot: Breaking Bad Meets Yogi Bear
The series centers on a bear family pushed to the absolute edge. When frackers, local mobsters, and a psychotic wolf pack threaten to completely destroy their forest home, the bears decide to fight dirty.
According to the official synopsis, the family quickly spirals down a chaotic criminal rabbit hole, squaring off against biker gangs, an egomaniacal news anchor, and their own spectacular talent for self-sabotage.

Tubi has assembled an incredibly star-studded ensemble to bring these law-breaking animals to life, led by major names across film and television:

The series is also executive produced by blink-182 co-founder Tom DeLonge (Poet Anderson: The Dream Walker), alongside Stan Spry and Jeff Holland (Creepshow, Day of the Dead), and Bradford Bricken (Twelve Forever). Lead cast members Fraser, Gellar, and Gad are also attached as executive producers.
