Ne Zha II IMAX Trailer Released Ahead Of English Dubbed Bow

A new official IMAX trailer has been released for the highly anticipated animated film, Ne Zha 2, in preparation for its early access screenings in the U.S. These exclusive IMAX screenings are scheduled to begin on August 18, offering audiences an early look at the cinematic spectacle.

Following the early access event, the film will see a wider theatrical release in the U.S., Canada, Australia, and New Zealand on August 22, distributed by A24 and CMC Pictures.

The film’s synopsis introduces the main character, Ne Zha, a rebellious young boy with formidable but uncontrolled powers. The story follows his journey to grow up and harness his abilities to become a hero, tasked with stopping an ancient force from destroying humanity.

Ne Zha 2 has already made a significant impact globally, becoming the top-grossing animated feature of all time and the first to surpass $2 billion in worldwide box office revenue. The English-language dub features a star-studded cast, including the voices of Michelle Yeoh, Crystal Lee, Vincent Rodriguez III, and Aleks Le. The film is both directed and written by Jiaozi (Yang Yu), with production by Wang Jing and Liu Wenzhang.
