World of Warcraft’s Dragonflight Legacies Releases Trailer
There used to be a time where a World of Warcraft expansion would get me hyped. Starting with Warlords of Draenor, I just felt like I was getting fucked in the ass by this game. Legion, Battle For Azeroth, and Shadowlands all were the drizzling shits. However, what else do all of these expansions to the world’s most disappointing game have in common? Their series of intro cinematics are fucking awesome.
Starting on October 25th, the newest set of animated shorts titled “Dragonflight Legacies” will premiere. The premise for these is like the prior sets except this time we’re following the leader of the Bronze Dragonflight as he chronicles the history of Azeroth’s Dragonflights and history. From what we saw in the trailer, we’re going deep on Deathwing’s betrayal and the cataclysm he wrought on Azeroth, as well as the invasion of the Burning Legion, and what I think is the fight with the progenitor of all dragonkind, Galakrond.
There’s a lot of time Blizzard needs to make up for, and a lot of money that players wasted playing in the last eight years. Hopefully, these animations are enough to stir up some confidence in Blizzard again, and we get a decent expansion.
"There are also other characters that come and go (also owned by the Warner Bros. Discovery conglomerate media company)."
Huh. Is that just referring to other characters from the show itself, or is this implying that the new season is going to have cameos from other WBD IPs
