Watch: Resident Evil 7 Mod Imagines Characters From “Family Guy” & “The Simpsons”
Resident Evil 7 for me was a turning point for the game franchise in that Capcom had to shed the third-person action format that made the franchise famous in favor of a FPS, but it worked because the game was terrifying. But, how much more terrifying would the game be if it featured the cast of Family Guy? It’s hard to say because I would be laughing so hard I would never get a chance to complete the game in full.
Well, Youtube user has decided to clash both The Simpsons and Family Guy with the familiar game play elements of Resident Evil 7 and the results are amazing. They are so amazing I think Capcom should commission a FPS game with characters from either series and see what happens.
New episodes of both series return to FOX on September 27th!
There's got to be some kind of twist that's going to happen with this. I don't know if they're setting up an April Fool's joke now or what's going on, but it seems too strange that they'd suddenly reverse on doing a fourth and fifth season after the show was already renewed and they were even just talking about working on those seasons like a couple months ago or something. Or maybe the two episodes yet to release will secretly somehow each be like a "season" in themselves?
