Review: Apple & Onion “Falafel’s Fun Day”

Overview (Possible Spoilers Below)

Despite warnings from their landlord, Apple & Onion crank their AC up so high that it drips and causes the TV to be destroyed. Fortunately, Apple & Onion are able to ascertain their landlord’s credit card and purchase another TV, but now they’ve got a bill to pay, so the duo get a job at a local Dollar Store so as to help pay down the card and everyone’s cool.

Our Take

This week’s episode featured a draggy pace and some slight plot holes, but we got to know their landlord as a sometimes troubled guy who misses his parents just as much as Apple & Onion miss theirs, we got both a universal & timeless scenario for anyone who has lived on their own.
