Remember that time I reviewed Ranger giving a simulated newscast? It wasn’t that long ago. February 20th to be exact. The idea was groundbreaking. Ranger always has an interesting outlook on life, so why not let him talk to us about what’s happening in the world around us? I suggested that this become a regular segment in the AFT universe. Well, AFT listened.
Turns out that AFT thought the news network idea was as good as I thought it was and launched AFT News last week. From the looks of it we’ll be seeing the regular cast of characters on this network as well but instead of them talking about their lives they’ll be talking about the news. We’ve already seen shorts from Ranger, Jungle, and Medic. Who else would you like to see and what would you like them to cover? Leave your suggestions in the comments below!!
There's got to be some kind of twist that's going to happen with this. I don't know if they're setting up an April Fool's joke now or what's going on, but it seems too strange that they'd suddenly reverse on doing a fourth and fifth season after the show was already renewed and they were even just talking about working on those seasons like a couple months ago or something. Or maybe the two episodes yet to release will secretly somehow each be like a "season" in themselves?
