Adult Swim’s Jason DeMarco gets promoted

Following the promotion of Mike Lazzo a little while back, it probably wasn’t too surprising to see Jason DeMarco get promoted, too. Jason is the guy that usually did the promotion for a bunch of the stuff that Mike put up so these guys are certainly a good tag-team. According to Animation Magazine:

Vice president and creative director, on-air for Adult Swim. In his new role, DeMarco will be responsible for leading the creative direction, development and implementation of all facets of on-air communication, promotion, packaging and sponsorships. He also will oversee the internal structure of the on-air and the sales promotion creative and production departments and work closely with the Adult Swim marketing team. 

Adult Swim has a whole bunch of new programming on the way and Jason’s gonna be the guy that helps promote the hell out of them. Read the rest of the press release on Animation Magazine’s site.
