Various “Dragon Ball” English Dub Cast Embroiled In Controversies

 

 

 

The English dub run of Dragon Ball Super is nearing a series finale and it can’t get here fast enough. Various cast members of the Dragon Ball cast, both past, and present are embroiled in some sort of controversy and it has become increasingly so with each passing day.

As an update to the Vic Mignogna sexual harassment controversy, the one time “Broly” has filed suit against Monica Rial, her fiance Ron Toye, Jaime Marchi, and Funimation that will get a hearing on September 6th. The suit is brought on by Vic against his accusers of sexual harassment. Meanwhile, Ron Toye’s name has also come up in accusations of prior assault against his two former wives so this one’s getting ugly folks.

In other news, “Goku” voice Sean Schemmel has allegations coming his way after purported audio has surfaced featuring the voice actor using derogatory epithets against homosexuals in a recent recording session. The session actually has Sean as his aforementioned character along with a slew of other voice actors and characters associated with the series all taking part in off-the-cuff outtakes that range from somewhat harmless to that of incestual.
