“The Simpsons” In The News: Arcade1 Up And Sugarfina Candy Announce Collaborations

The Simpsons is officially on a break through the Summer which means if you’re a die-hard fan of the longest-running animated sitcom in primetime, you’ll be looking for ways to keep in touch with the brand while we wait for new episodes to come to pass.

First up, Sugarfina Candy has announced a new collaboration with The Simpsons that sees a number of delicious treats inspired by the show including “donut-cereal”, all sorts of gummies, and chocolates. Each treat comes in a box that features one of the family members. Use the link to pre-order today with treat packages that start @ $8.85 and up set to be delivered on June 16th.

If you’re looking for some extra-curricular activities to burn off those candy calories, this news from Arcade1Up should be more to your liking. The company responsible for a number of at home classic arcade game setups has announced that they are taking on Konami’s classic The Simpsons brawler game. The four-player coop allows you to play as Homer, Marge, Bart, or Lisa in a quest to save Maggie from the Evil Mr. Burns. The machine features built-in WiFi so you can find other owners of the game over the net and team up to save your baby sister. The arcade cabinet retails for $599.99 and you can get it here.
