First-Look: Syfy Gets Linear Rights For “Dr. Havoc’s Diary” For TZGZ Line-Up
Beginning this Saturday, April 25, the six-minute animated series DR. HAVOC’S DIARY joins SYFY’s late-night adult animation block, TZGZ. Produced by New Form (Final Space), DR. HAVOC’S DIARY follows a mid-level supervillain as he has a midlife crisis and battles secret agents, superheroes and his wife.
The series is a seriously funny show detailing the misadventures of Dr. Darren Havoc. The show focuses on Havoc’s dysfunctional relationships with his unfaithful wife Kim, spoiled daughter Alley, narcissistic arch nemesis secret agent Brock Mason, and a barrage of familiarly themed superheroes.
Airing on SYFY every Saturday at midnight-ish, TZGZ is a 90 minute block of comedic, animated, genre-based programming of varying lengths, made for adults.

There's got to be some kind of twist that's going to happen with this. I don't know if they're setting up an April Fool's joke now or what's going on, but it seems too strange that they'd suddenly reverse on doing a fourth and fifth season after the show was already renewed and they were even just talking about working on those seasons like a couple months ago or something. Or maybe the two episodes yet to release will secretly somehow each be like a "season" in themselves?
