Adult Swim News: “Stranger Things” Star To Cameo In New Series ; Episode Count For “Final Space” Season Three Revealed
The upcoming series premiere of JJ Villard’s Fairy Tales has a healthy guest star list that includes the likes of Heather Langenkamp (Nightmare on Elm Street), Sheryl Lee (Twin Peaks), Catherine Hicks (Child’s Play), Corey Feldman (The Lost Boys), Peter Weller(Robocop), David Patrick Kelly (The Warriors), John Kassir (Tales from the Crypt),Maika Monroe(It Follows), Linda Blair (The Exorcist), Elvira, Edwin Neal (Texas Chainsaw Massacre), Keith David (They Live), Doug Bradley and Ashley Laurence(Hellraiser), Jennifer Tilly(Family Guy), Kevin Van Hentenryck (Basket Case), Allen Oppenheimer (He-Man), and Warwick Davis (Leprechaun)…but that’s not all.
Stranger Things/ IT star Finn Wolfhard has also been tapped to be part of the series in an undisclosed role thus far.

JJ Villard’s Fairy Tales is a new, twisted, fun take on classic the Brothers Grimm fairy tales like Cinderella and Snow White. The charm and cuteness of the original stories remain, but now they’ve been updated and packaged into a ball of raw, visceral, gross weirdness. The quarter-hour series is created, and executive produced by JJ Villard (King Star King).
Final Space Season Three is currently in preproduction for an unofficially announced season three for Adult Swim with 13 episodes having been ordered. The upcoming season is currently in the writing stages and isn’t expected to premiere during the 2020 year.

There's got to be some kind of twist that's going to happen with this. I don't know if they're setting up an April Fool's joke now or what's going on, but it seems too strange that they'd suddenly reverse on doing a fourth and fifth season after the show was already renewed and they were even just talking about working on those seasons like a couple months ago or something. Or maybe the two episodes yet to release will secretly somehow each be like a "season" in themselves?
