Michael Jackson Halloween Special Gets Premiere Date
Last week, NBC announced an animated Halloween special, and now CBS has got one of its own that sounds FAR scarier.

Michael Jackson’s Halloween has been announced and it will feature a rather impressive cast including Christine Baranski, Kiersey Clemons (voicing the role of Victoria), Alan Cumming, George Eads, Brad Garrett, Lucy Liu, Jim Parsons and Lucas Till (voicing the role of Vincent).
The Optimum Productions-produced special sees Victoria and Vincent team up with a dog named Ichabod on a spooky adventure inside of a hotel that will feature the King of Pop himself in some sort of dance finale.
MICHAEL JACKSON’S HALLOWEEN, a new one-hour animated adventure with Michael Jackson’s acclaimed music as its soundtrack, will be broadcast Friday, Oct. 27 (8:00-9:00 PM, ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network.

There's got to be some kind of twist that's going to happen with this. I don't know if they're setting up an April Fool's joke now or what's going on, but it seems too strange that they'd suddenly reverse on doing a fourth and fifth season after the show was already renewed and they were even just talking about working on those seasons like a couple months ago or something. Or maybe the two episodes yet to release will secretly somehow each be like a "season" in themselves?
