DirectTV Now Adds A Bunch of FOX Affiliates To Service
Should be helpful.
One of the things I was most concerned about with the growth of cost-cutting measures in TV is how people will get their local news. Preferably, I like having just the hour or so I need to see what’s going to be the weather like for the week as opposed to reminding myself to check Weather.com and whatnot.
Fortunately, DirecTV customers in 14 markets will not have to worry about local entertainment, news, sports, and weather if they decide to use their DirecTV Now service because Tribune-owned FOX affiliates will now be available according to a report on Variety.
This includes such markets as Cleveland; Grand Rapids, Mich.; Greensboro, N.C.; Harrisburg, Pa.; Hartford, Conn.; Indianapolis; Kansas City; Milwaukee; Sacramento; Salt Lake City; and St. Louis.
"There are also other characters that come and go (also owned by the Warner Bros. Discovery conglomerate media company)."
Huh. Is that just referring to other characters from the show itself, or is this implying that the new season is going to have cameos from other WBD IPs
