Picking up from the previous episode, the story continues building on the laid-back charm that has made the series so enjoyable so far. Rather than relying on major story developments, they focus on the growing chemistry between Sasaki and Tayama through a series of fun, everyday interactions. A few new faces are introduced as well, most notably a vape-smoking manager who quickly becomes a welcome addition thanks to her amusing personality and subtle encouragement of the duo’s awkward relationship. The humor lands naturally, and despite Sasaki’s trademark obliviousness, it’s entertaining watching the two gradually help each other through small problems while their bond continues to deepen.
The second episode shifts its attention toward Sasaki adapting to modern technology, leading to another batch of wholesome and comedic moments. His inexperience creates plenty of laughs, while Tayama happily takes every opportunity to tease him along the way.
