‘The Amazing Digital Circus’ Heads to Theaters for Massive ‘Last Act’ Series Finale

The digital curtain is closing, but it’s doing so on the biggest screen possible. Glitch Productions and Fathom Entertainment have announced a landmark partnership to bring the series finale of the global phenomenon The Amazing Digital Circus to movie theaters worldwide.

From June 4–7, 2026, fans in the U.S. and select international territories will be able to witness “The Amazing Digital Circus: The Last Act.” This special theatrical event marks the definitive conclusion to the indie animation sensation that has captivated over a billion viewers since its 2023 debut.

The Grand Finale: Episodes 8 and 9

“The Last Act” is designed as a feature-length experience for the “Circus” faithful. The theatrical screening will combine the recently released Episode 8 with the world premiere of Episode 9—an all-new, hour-long series finale. By bringing the conclusion to theaters first, Glitch is offering fans a chance to experience the resolution of Pomni’s journey in a communal, cinematic setting before it hits digital platforms.

A Disruptive Success Story

Created by Gooseworx, the series has become a textbook example of the power of independent animation. After surpassing 1 billion online views, it made waves in October 2024 by ranking as one of Netflix’s top five most-viewed shows globally—a full year after its initial release.

Kevin Lerdwichagul, CEO of Glitch Productions, views this theatrical run as a victory for the indie model. “Glitch Productions is proving itself as the ultimate disruptor to the traditional animation industry,” Lerdwichagul stated. “Offering an alternative online distribution model that bypasses corporate oversight… we are thrilled to partner with Fathom and bring ‘The Last Act’ to fans on the big screen.”

The Voice of the Circus

The finale features the series’ beloved voice cast, many of whom have become staples in the indie and gaming animation scenes:

  • Lizzie Freeman as Pomni

  • Alex Rochon as Caine

  • Michael Kovach as Jax

  • Amanda Hufford as Ragatha

  • Marissa Lenti as Gangle

  • Sean Chiplock as Kinger

  • Ashley Nichols as Zooble

The finale also brings back veteran composer Evan Alderete (Hazbin Hotel) for the score, with art direction overseen by Gobo3D.

Redefining the Big Screen

For Fathom Entertainment, this partnership represents the evolving landscape of theatrical content. “Fathom is thrilled to partner with Glitch and bring the long-awaited episode nine series finale to theaters,” said Ray Nutt, CEO of Fathom Entertainment. “We are leading the industry in redefining consumer expectations for what is possible on the big screen.”

Tickets for the June 4–7 event are expected to see high demand given the show’s massive organic fanbase. For those who have followed Pomni since she first donned the jester hat, “The Last Act” promises to be a dramatic, high-stakes farewell to one of the most significant animated projects of the 2020s.
