Overview (Spoilers Below): Iana confronts Yomi, taking up Sol’s sword in his place, but it’s so heavy that Iana can’t even swing it.  Yomi, who loves Iana, concedes the duel, casting his own sword aside.  The matter is settled for the moment, but if nothing changes, Yomi will keep trying to kill Konoha.  No amount of persuasion from Iana seems likely to make Yomi give up.  What desperate measures has Iana come up with instead?

Our Take: Iana has done plenty of crazy things in an attempt to live a peaceful new life and avoid getting executed.  However, this latest action might just be the craziest I’ve seen so far, with the former villainess taking Sol’s place in the duel against Yomi.  Unsurprisingly, Iana is nowhere near as strong as Sol, but her “bravery” is enough to convince Yomi to accept defeat before things get much worse.  However, it does result in Iana getting a fever amid her continuous attempts to keep Yomi away from Konoha.  Fortunately, she found a more suitable solution to keep Yomi under control: by “reverting” back to her villainous ways.  At first, I thought the episode would become repetitive regarding Iana protecting Konoha from Yomi. However, it doesn’t look like that’s the case, thanks to Iana’s latest scheme. But, as it turns out, her latest idea makes this situation even more complicated for herself and those around her, as Yomi is going to be staying a lot longer than anticipated.  At the very least, the events leading up to that reveal retain the show’s constant silliness and erratic energy.  This is the case when Ginoford and Sol strive to take care of the sick Iana, emphasizing her realization that she might be falling for not just Yomi but also Ginoford and Sol.  If that’s the case, then we might be looking at a love rectangle instead of a love triangle.  There’s no doubt that this series continues to resemble a person who drank too much coffee due to its visual slapstick and Iana’s unpredictable behavior, even when the former villainess has a fever.
