Marvel’s Eyes of Wakanda Becomes a Streaming Hit on Disney+
Marvel’s new animated series, Eyes of Wakanda, has become a streaming hit on Disney+ just days after all four episodes were released on August 1. The series, which is an anthology spin-off of the Black Panther films, has received positive reviews and has quickly risen to the top of the streaming charts.
According to FlixPatrol, as of August 4, Eyes of Wakanda was the number one streaming show on Disney+ globally. It also ranked as the third-most watched movie or show on the platform in the U.S.
The show, which has a 91% critics’ score on Rotten Tomatoes, follows a group of elite Wakandan warriors called the Hatut Zeraze as they reclaim Vibranium artifacts throughout history. Its success is being seen as a strong argument for a second season and further proves the widespread appeal of the Wakandan corner of the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
"There are also other characters that come and go (also owned by the Warner Bros. Discovery conglomerate media company)."
Huh. Is that just referring to other characters from the show itself, or is this implying that the new season is going to have cameos from other WBD IPs
