Bob-Waksberg expressed his excitement about the pre-emptive renewal, quipping, “Wow!! A Season 2?! And Season 1 hasn’t even come out yet! It must be a really good show.” The series is described as an animated comedy that chronicles the lives of the Schwooper siblings through various points in their lives, hinting at a sprawling and humorous exploration of a single family’s journey.
