Don’t Hug Me I’m Scared Launches Website
Blink Industries has launched a new website for Don’t Hug Me I’m Scared which not only features the classic shorts of the Brit-made series from over a decade ago but the Channel 4 TV series that was rated our best animated comedy of 2022.
The website features the aforementioned video content, a shop, and behind-the-scenes photos of the series being produced. The series comes from Becky Sloan, Joseph Pelling and Baker Terry and similar to Wonder Showzen is a parody of pre-school sketch shows for kids like Sesame Street and Barney the Dinosaur featuring live-action and animated bits.
It should be noted that the episodes on the website are only available for three years after purchase but doing so increases the odds that the show’s creators make more episodes because as of now there are no signs of a second season coming on the horizon.

There's got to be some kind of twist that's going to happen with this. I don't know if they're setting up an April Fool's joke now or what's going on, but it seems too strange that they'd suddenly reverse on doing a fourth and fifth season after the show was already renewed and they were even just talking about working on those seasons like a couple months ago or something. Or maybe the two episodes yet to release will secretly somehow each be like a "season" in themselves?
