“The Simpsons” Wins Lop-Sided WGA 2024 Award

Congratulations are in order for the producers of The Simpsons of whom took home a WGA award last night for Best Animation. That said, the series had like a 90% chance of winning given that they were nominated four of the potential five times for the award leaving just Futurama as the long competitor but also guaranteeing that a Matt Groening-created series was going to win regardless. Click links below to the different reviews for each of the episodes that were nominated and note that The Simpsons returns with an all-new episode this Sunday Night @ 8 pm ET/PT on FOX, check your local listings.
