Gorillaz: Forget Silent Quitting…Try Silent Running As Per This Hybrid Music Video

Gorillaz did TWO virtual shows last year in Times Square NYC that were fucking bananas to help close out their 2022 touring cycle.

That said, it looks like the Damon Albarn isn’t done promoting the Cracker Island LP which is slated for arrival on February 24th as he has teamed up with Adeleye Omotayo for a new track “Silent Running” that has an accompanying hybrid music video from Nexus Studios and directed by Jamie Hewlett & Fx Goby.

The live-action/animated production is all sorts of nuts as one can only really get from the Gorillaz. There are whispers of more tour dates coming in 2023, mostly festivals I believe, so bookmark the band’s website here for more details on any incoming announcements.
