Gary And His Demons Season Two Gets Start Date For Prime Video
Originally slated for Fall 2022, Prime Video Canada has announced a February 2nd start date for the second season of Gary and His Demons. The first season will also be made available for the streaming service for those that didn’t get a chance to see the adult animated comedy on the now defunct VRV streamer.
The animated series Gary and His Demons follows a cantankerous, aging demon-slayer who has nothing left to lose. Burdened by his “Chosen One” status and backed by a team of specialists he can’t relate to, Gary struggles to remain interested in saving the Earth—a duty he never asked for and doesn’t want. The series is created by Mark Little, who serves as head writer, co-director, and the voice of Gary. The Canadian Amazon Original Gary and His Demons is produced by Look Mom! Productions, a Blue Ant Media production company.
There's got to be some kind of twist that's going to happen with this. I don't know if they're setting up an April Fool's joke now or what's going on, but it seems too strange that they'd suddenly reverse on doing a fourth and fifth season after the show was already renewed and they were even just talking about working on those seasons like a couple months ago or something. Or maybe the two episodes yet to release will secretly somehow each be like a "season" in themselves?
