Review: Robot Chicken “Happy Russian Deathdog Dolloween 2 U”

Overview (Spoilers Below)

The Nerd is caught in a time loop where he continually heads to a party and is killed in gruesome ways from the Buttface Killer. When he attempts to get revenge, the Nerd is constantly thwarted by his own undoing until he finally gets it right and gets into a big battle. We come to learn that the killer is the Time Loop Toucan and the party ensues until plane parts come in through the ceiling.

Our Take

I’m kind of sick of time loops, I feel like we get another one every month via Hollywood. I suppose it was only a matter of time before Robot Chicken did one. The Zazie Beetz guest spot is a blink and you’ll miss it moment, but solid. Other than that, the Halloween special is your standard quarter-hour Robot Chicken but with just one long bit featuring the Nerd who has already been featured in a few bits over this last month of Robot Chicken season 11 premieres.
