Ranking The Top Ten “My Hero Academia” Quirks

5) Eraserhead

Quirk: Erasure

We’ve made it to the top five! First up is none other than the homeroom teacher for 1-A Shouta Aizawa aka Eraserhead. He has the ability to erase the quirk of anyone he is looking at temporarily. This does not work on mutation-type quirks such as Tsuyu Asui’s Frog quirk. Aizawa wears goggles that obscure who he’s looking at so his enemies have no idea who’s quirk he’s erasing. He also has a “capture scarf” made of carbon fiber he uses in combat. The biggest drawback to his quirk is that he has to remain looking at his target, without blinking. This gives him serious dry eyes and after his injuries, during the USJ Arc, he has an even harder time. The USJ Arc was our first look at how strong Aizawa can be in a fight. The only reason he isn’t higher is that his weakness is a pretty glaring one.

Honorable Mention: Cementoss

Quirk: Cement

Our second honorable mention is another teacher from UA. Cementoss has the ability to control anything made of cement. Cement is everywhere in our modern world. Not only does this ability come in handy during combat by being able to capture enemies easily, can you imagine how much quicker he could make construction go? His only weakness is if he finds himself somewhere with no cement. Cementoss just barely missed out on making the top ten.
