Trioscope Studios Producing “The Havana Job” TV Series
The studio already has WWII hybrid animated project The Liberator in production for Netflix, another unannounced project for Hulu, and now The Havana Job, making Trioscope studios one of the busier producers right now.
In this instance, Trioscope is teaming up with Truly* Adventurous for The Havana Job which is a TV series set just months after the Cuban revolution, when three CIA agents bungle their way into Fidel Castro’s clutches while attempting to bug diplomatic offices in Havana. On the eve of the most dangerous international standoff of the 20th century, they barely avoid the firing squad and are sentenced to Cuba’s most notorious prison, The Isle of Pines. This is the previously classified story of a Hail Mary plan, a crew of prisoners and a woman who wouldn’t bow to authority as she fought to bring the three CIA agents home.
The series is the latest that is expected to utilize Trioscope’s groundbreaking technology that promises the most photo-realistic animated project that combines live-action with CGI. The aforementioned The Liberator is a four-part series expected to drop later this year for Netflix.
