Love Is Hell: Helluva Boss Season 3 Trailer Promises Chaos, Heartbreak, and a Prime Video Migration

The wait is officially over for the I.M.P. crew. Prime Video and SpindleHorse Toons have dropped the official trailer for Season 3 of Vivienne Medrano’s hit indie animated sensation, Helluva Boss. Marking the series’ official jump to streaming after years of building a massive cult following on YouTube, the new footage confirms that Season 3, Part 1 will premiere on Prime Video on October 14, 2026.

The trailer also teases the season’s lead single, a Madonna- and Britney Spears-inspired pop track titled “(I Don’t Want Ta Be) Nobody’s Baybay,” which is available to stream on digital platforms alongside pre-orders for the Helluva Boss: Season Three, Part 1 Original Soundtrack via Atlantic Records.

Season 3 picks up right in the thick of the emotional wreckage left behind in Season 2. According to the official synopsis, the team faces a mix of professional assassin contracts across Earth and Hell and personal crossroads.

Moving the show to Prime Video—where Medrano’s sister series Hazbin Hotel shattered adult animation records—gives Helluva Boss a chance to bypass YouTube’s strict monetization censorship. Co-writer and lead voice actor Brandon Rogers previously teased that fans can expect less pixelation, looser restrictions on language, and even wilder action sequences.
