Review: Mix “It’s A Matter of Time”
Overview (Spoilers Below)
Meisei and Toushu go the distance in the semifinal match and into extra innings. Meisei management is concerned about To’s longevity, but So convinces them to let him stay in the game as he had just “leveled up”.
Our Take
The penultimate episode is really a bunch of filler so that we can get through three innings of scoreless ball. The only interesting note is the manager’s lack of confidence in his coaching and how he’s managed To in the process. Other than that, not a whole lot to report this go-round as we get to the season finale.

There's got to be some kind of twist that's going to happen with this. I don't know if they're setting up an April Fool's joke now or what's going on, but it seems too strange that they'd suddenly reverse on doing a fourth and fifth season after the show was already renewed and they were even just talking about working on those seasons like a couple months ago or something. Or maybe the two episodes yet to release will secretly somehow each be like a "season" in themselves?
