Toonami Dates Total Immersion Event “The Forge”

We’ve known for a while now that Toonami’s next Total Immersion Event was going to be “The Forge” set for a Fall 2019 premiere. Now, thanks to a new promo that aired last night on Adult Swim, we know when. November 9th, 2019 has been announced along with this new promo. As of now, it’s not known if this is a sequel to the Countdown series or if this is a whole new deal, but color us excited at whatever may come.  VP Jason DeMarco promises “the scariest adventure yet” for our fabled heroes.

Expected to follow “The Forge” is a Toonami aesthetic refresh which is probably long overdue. November’s going to be a big month for Adult Swim because that’s when the new season of Rick and Morty is also expected to drop.
