Spoilers Below:
“One Shot One Pill”
Taiyang is having trouble feeding Zwei his medicine, and Yang steps in to interfere. She tries being respectful and coaxing Zwei, but Taiyang says that didn’t work. Yang was actually getting Zwei in position for Ruby to shoot the pill into his mouth. Taiyang is impressed, and Yang accidentally lets slip that she and Ruby do something similar to find out what their presents are. When Taiyang gets furious, Ruby has to sedate him as well.

“Mortal Frenemies”
Winter tries to take a book out from the library, but Qrow gets there first. They break out into a fight. Elsewhere, Winter tries to order some noodles, but Qrow has emptied the place out. Another fight breaks out. They’re pulled into Ozpin’s office, where Ozpin reprimands them. He suggests they shake hands to make up, and they do— until Qrow pulls away. They fight again, and Ozpin comments that flirting was less dangerous back in his day.

5/10
Both sequences were pretty funny this time around, simple jokes that works. Neither of them rely on character-bending jokes and are just straightforward, feel-good jokes.

There's got to be some kind of twist that's going to happen with this. I don't know if they're setting up an April Fool's joke now or what's going on, but it seems too strange that they'd suddenly reverse on doing a fourth and fifth season after the show was already renewed and they were even just talking about working on those seasons like a couple months ago or something. Or maybe the two episodes yet to release will secretly somehow each be like a "season" in themselves?
