Family Guy has been running for the better part of a decade, in dog years that is a long time. So, when Peter brought home a New Brian because he thought Brian might be on his last legs, we can understand where he’s coming from. New Brian was more than just a refreshing face he was lovable to boot and had at one point won over the whole Griffin family. Okay, maybe not the entire family as it is implied that Stewie may have brutally murdered New Brian
