Review: We Bare Bears “Coffee Cave”
The order’s up!
Spoilers Below
After word gets around about Ice Bear’s awesome coffee, the boys decide to open up a coffee shop. Unfortunately, the crazy hours and numerous customers really start to wear on Ice Bear, so Pan and Grizz try sprucing their anti-caffeine brother up a bit with coffee. The addiction that Ice Bear soon gets with the amount of coffee he’s putting away is so potent, the episode starts turning into a slasher film, but with Ice Bear as the psycho. Fortunately, Ice Bear falls asleep, and all the bears get back to normal and close down the coffee shop.
Our Take
If you’re like me, you’ve met your fair share of coffee addicts, and Ice Bear is a pretty close depiction as to how some of these guys can get. That said, the overall premise of “Coffee Cave” has been done numerous times, and even the plot itself shows shades of The Simpsons and Family Guy.

There's got to be some kind of twist that's going to happen with this. I don't know if they're setting up an April Fool's joke now or what's going on, but it seems too strange that they'd suddenly reverse on doing a fourth and fifth season after the show was already renewed and they were even just talking about working on those seasons like a couple months ago or something. Or maybe the two episodes yet to release will secretly somehow each be like a "season" in themselves?
