English Dub Review: Fuuka “Fate”

I’m going to do a feature piece a lot of what I think about this episode that will go into further detail about what I think about the MAJOR change that Fuuka made in the anime versus the manga, so I’m going to hold off on a full recap. But, yes, Fuuka leaves the band and I think it had more to do with the fact that she’s in love with Yu than her wanting a solo career. I’ll be curious to see moving further just how much more the anime veers off from the manga. Will Fallen Moon replace their singer and rename the group like they did in the print version of this story? There’s a lot of serious dominoes being played around with and they happen with this episode.

I’m in. Fuuka’s been getting really good and I’m enjoying the deviation because now there’s no telling where this is gonna go.
