Starbucks to Premiere “1st & Main” Animated Shorts From Three “Simpsons” Writers

Launching this Friday on Starbucks.com as well as Starbucks social platforms will be a brand-new weekly animated shorts series called 1st & Main.

Coming from Simpsons writers John Frink, Joel H. Cohen and Rob LaZebnik, 1st & Main is inspired by real-life customers and baristas—this series of animated shorts celebrates the heartwarming, unexpected, and fun stories that come to life inside a Starbucks.

Come to find out that all three writers coming from The Simpsons were at one-time Starbucks employees, so I’m sure they had some fun stories to share. Check out a teaser below:
