BubbleCAN Review: Knuckleheads “The Zombies”

Zombie killers.

Yep, we got a zombie episode for Halloween in December!

A virus breaks out, and while a lot of familiar faces take part in the comical struggle for survival, we eventually find the cure from Martha Johnson by the way of Spraynet hair spray as being the cure. When the government gets word they ask the country’s best pilots to come and spray Canada so as to turn everyone back to normal. For her contributions in saving Canada, the PM gives Martha a life time supply of Spraynet.

Our Take

As mentioned in the last review for this show, we get a lot of “end of the world” concepts from Knuckleheads this season and this week was no different. And while it hasn’t been Halloween for a while, I can understand the finale episode featuring a number of the familiar faces that you would have only have seen had you watch the other episodes that have already aired this year. As a matter of fact, the funniest bit was when the government enlists the finest pilots in Canada to save the world.

We’ll go into more detail in our season review of Knuckleheads, but I LOVED how connected this show was. Everything from the credits to how the episodes were laid out felt like pieces of a puzzle that paid off in a big way.
