Ratings Are In 4/18/16: FOX wins in highest-rated scripted with ‘Family Guy’
FOX returned with a bunch of original series premieres last night including Bordertown, Bob’s Burgers, and Family Guy, and while the overnight numbers look depressing for Bordertown, everything else seemed somewhat steady with Family Guy being the highest-rated scripted series for Sunday Nights. Here’s what Deadline.com had to say:
Fox’s Bordertown (0.4/2) was down a tenth from last week. Bob’s Burgers (1.0/3), a returning Family Guy (1.4/4) were down. BTW – Family Guy was, if you haven’ figured it out, the top rated scripted show of the night.
Next week, The Simpsons returns with an all-new episode, so it’ll be interesting to see how that show fares in the ratings. That said, I think consistency is starting to pay off for the mainstays not named Bordertown.
"There are also other characters that come and go (also owned by the Warner Bros. Discovery conglomerate media company)."
Huh. Is that just referring to other characters from the show itself, or is this implying that the new season is going to have cameos from other WBD IPs
