Ratings Are In 11/16/15: Bob’s Burgers Down but Family Guy is up!

Despite the episode switch, this week’s episode of Family Guy was up in the ratings according to the latest overnight ratings report from Deadline.com:

At 7:30 PM Bob’s Burgers (1.0/3) sunk 29% from last week in the demo. The rest of the network’s Sunday was better with  Family Guy (1.4/4) rising 17%.

I’m sure there were a bunch of factors that lead into the lower numbers for Bob’s Burgers and the higher numbers for Family Guy. Bob’s Burgers didn’t have an episode of The Simpsons brand new coming on after it, so not a lot for people to look forward to there (expect to see a decent uptick of Live +3 numbers here) and Family Guy’s episode switch I’m sure made people curious to not only see what would take place, but for those that knew, seeing the brilliant Kate McKinnon’s “Karen” opposite Peter. 

Next week, similar setup, but instead of a new episode of Bob’s Burgers, we are getting a brand-new episode of The Simpsons. As a matter of fact, it may be a while before we see brand-new episodes of Bob’s Burgers, so sit tight.
