Watch: Seth MacFarlane promises more ‘Family Guy’ on Daily Show
As if there was any doubt. Family Guy returns this Fall on FOX, but until then Seth MacFarlane is continuing his press tour on the back of his most recent directorial effort, Ted 2, which opens in theaters this Friday.
Seth does look kinda beat in interviews, not really his energetic self as of late which certainly adheres to what he was talking about with Howard Stern the other day. So, when Seth dropped by The Daily Show last night to talk to host Jon Stewart, the outgoing late-night host had a simple solution. Fortunately for us, Seth, and The Daily Show audience made sure to remind us that Family Guy isn’t going anywhere anytime soon. Watch the extended interview below to learn more.

There's got to be some kind of twist that's going to happen with this. I don't know if they're setting up an April Fool's joke now or what's going on, but it seems too strange that they'd suddenly reverse on doing a fourth and fifth season after the show was already renewed and they were even just talking about working on those seasons like a couple months ago or something. Or maybe the two episodes yet to release will secretly somehow each be like a "season" in themselves?
