New Angels and Airwaves video channels ‘Poet Anderson’
Last year, the first trailer for Tom Delonge’s animated debut, Poet Anderson released featuring the song ”Tunnels” as done by Angels and Airwaves for the background music. Since then, the short film had been released to critical acclaim which probably caused the Blink 182 split that happened last month.
Recently, Angels and Airwaves released a new video for ”Tunnels” with this one featuring clips from Poet Anderson and you can watch it below. I think a message is clearly sent with this video that Tom Delonge has made his bed and he’s ready to lay in it.
A comic prequel for Poet Anderson is expected to come later this year with the full-length feature already in pre-production.
There's got to be some kind of twist that's going to happen with this. I don't know if they're setting up an April Fool's joke now or what's going on, but it seems too strange that they'd suddenly reverse on doing a fourth and fifth season after the show was already renewed and they were even just talking about working on those seasons like a couple months ago or something. Or maybe the two episodes yet to release will secretly somehow each be like a "season" in themselves?
