Review: Teen Titans GO! ‘Caged Tiger’

The boys just finished up with a Brocation and now they are annoyingly close friends. Dr. Light shows up downtown and the bros spring into action to apprehend the suspect but get stuck in the elevator on the way. The girls set off to fight crime by themselves, but Dr. Light doesn’t want to destroy them until the boys show up so they decide on a stalemate until they show up. Back at the elevator, Robin’s going nuts, Beast has to pee, and Cyborg is trying to fix the elevator. Unfortunately, Cyborg sets off the security system so the girls spend a little quality time with Dr. Light and even grab a bite to eat. The boys on the other hand start getting on each other’s nerves with the security system being a pain and Beast pissing in the elevator. The three end up fighting and as a result are able to get the elevator to start working again. The boys show up to the fight and end up beating the hell out of Dr. Light whom was just about to be a good guy. The girls stay behind to tend to Light, but everyone else takes off.

Wow, Beast pissed on the floor. My problem is that everyone keeps dancing around words when describing things. Would anyone have been offended if you hear the words pee, whizz, and the like? Dr. Light was rather funny hanging out with the girls and more so this week was one of the first episodes where Raven is seen smiling quite a bit. I do think the idea of three superheros trapped in an elevator is completely opposite than what you get from superheroes, but hey I’ll take it.
