Shorts Review: Losing It With John Stamos – Adam Pally
Spoilers Below
This might have been the best Losing It with John Stamos yet, and to be completely honest: I had no idea who Adam Pally was before watching this episode. And even now, I still don’t really know. Although he is on The Fuzz, which I also cover for this here website establishment, so I suppose I should know him. According to IMDB, you might know Mr. Pally from TV’s Happy Endings or The Mindy Project. No? Me either. Regardless, this was a fantastic episode, and Adam Pally deserves most of the credit.
The story started out innocently enough with Pally talking about how he has known his wife since they were teenagers, and how they first started seeing – and eventually bedded – each other when he was 15. The story was accentuated with Adam’s funny little impressions of his rebellious but awkward former self, along with a cartoon illustration of the dialogue.
Although the actual “losing it” part of the episode was humorously described, the funniest part was at the party afterward. Without ruining it, I’ll just say it was astonishing that the girl in the story decided to stay with him after what he did – not only for the night, but possibly for the rest of her life, as they are now married with kids; a nice happily-ever-after ending to a hilarious (and hilariously recounted) story.

There's got to be some kind of twist that's going to happen with this. I don't know if they're setting up an April Fool's joke now or what's going on, but it seems too strange that they'd suddenly reverse on doing a fourth and fifth season after the show was already renewed and they were even just talking about working on those seasons like a couple months ago or something. Or maybe the two episodes yet to release will secretly somehow each be like a "season" in themselves?
