For the first episode of Angry Little Asian Girl we meet a little girl named Kim and we follow her on her first day of school. Its here she meets Deborah, Bruce, Maria, Wanda, Xyla and Pat which sounds innocent enough but all of these kids have an attitude none too dissimilar to South Park. Despite the fact that these kids are young, they deal with a lot of grown up problems. Jealousy, coersion, and a host of other negative traits rear their ugly heads but the Peanuts-esque presentation offers a sweet wrapper that allows us to swallow any negativity offered.

I actually think Mnet made a big mistake not picking this series up as I think it could have helped put the network on the map. I was actually looking I could sign up for the network only to stop my search when the show didn’t get on. The characters are well thought out and my personal favorite is Margaret Cho mainly because she’s awesome in anything she does. However, having the episodes online is another way to go.
