Review: Crash Canyon “The Big Picture”
This week on Crash Canyon, Sheila and Norm want a little privacy from the Canyonites whilst banging out, Jake makes a movie that pisses everyone off, and someone’s eating all of the low-hanging fruit (blackberries maybe?)
SPOILERS BELOW!
Is everyone in Alberta, CAN really afraid of saying the word “sex” on TV? Or is it just this show? Seriously, I’ve never heard as many G-rated innuendos than I have in this week’s episode. Because, as the story unfolds its all about Sheila and Norm wanting some private time away from the rest of the gander. Although, maybe they could shut a window, as everyone in the neighborhood can hear them. I will say though, this week had one of the funniest cut-away-gags of the entire season with the Godzilla-deal.
Meanwhile, a couple of guys from Filmywood Pictures are driving along the highway when their truck goes out of control and veers off the cliff due to a MOOSE ON THE LOOSE (see what I did there?) and into the canyon sans the drivers who were lucky enough to get away. Jake finds the truck and does what every kid would do with a brand new camera, and that’s produce his own reality show! Vern really shines here with his missing toe, hysterically telling the camera how to scam the government’s healthcare. After a stint with the stinky Butanes, the Manderbilts get a little bit of face time of their own(except Christine, who gets crudely ridiculed by her mom). At last! “Our Canyon” the film is complete! As such, it turns out to be a TMZ-esque piece airing everyone’s dirty laundry in front of a paying audience.
Soon, Jake becomes the pariah of the community, and even tries to apologize but to no avail. So to redeem himself he sets out to try and film the perpetrator of the stolen fruit. He does this, but also catches Norm and Sheila in the act!
Overall, a decent episode, but for a subject that is supposed to be a bit edgy it turns up tame. In other words, its not going to make everyone forget about the other new MTV show coming known as”Good Vibes”, but that’s ok. Because, Vern still hits the jokes, even if he isn’t the best at coming up with stand-up material.

"There are also other characters that come and go (also owned by the Warner Bros. Discovery conglomerate media company)."
Huh. Is that just referring to other characters from the show itself, or is this implying that the new season is going to have cameos from other WBD IPs
