Last Days of Coney Island almost done says creator

The legendary Ralph Bakshi has noted that production on the successfully Kickstarted Last Days of Coney Island is very close to completion with animation to have been finished save for few backgrounds that are left to add.

For those that don’t know, Last Days of Coney Island is about the derelict NYC amusement district that is said to feature some oddball characters like a NYPD Detective that romances a prostitute and of course what would NYC be like without the street walkers.

No word yet on a release date, but Ralph did upload three new stills that you can see here.
