Watch Rick and Morty in a new Hardee’s/Carl Jr’s commercial
Adult Swim always does swell commercials as just last week they did a Robot Chicken/Halo commercial and now this week they’ve got another one. This go round is for Carl Jr’s and Hardee’s whom teamed up with the producers of Rick and Morty to put together a new commercial that really just makes me hungry…so it works!
The commercial debuted yesterday, but you should expect to see it a lot when the network does a full on Rick and Morty Season Two marathon going this week through the 4th. If only I had a Carl Jr’s or Hardee’s anywhere near NYC, I would be so game for a burger right now.
There's got to be some kind of twist that's going to happen with this. I don't know if they're setting up an April Fool's joke now or what's going on, but it seems too strange that they'd suddenly reverse on doing a fourth and fifth season after the show was already renewed and they were even just talking about working on those seasons like a couple months ago or something. Or maybe the two episodes yet to release will secretly somehow each be like a "season" in themselves?
