Well it looks like we can leave the last 2 episodes behind as SouthPark seems to have returned to its roots. Since the mid season finale and then again with last week’s premiere the future of South Park was in general disarray. Stan’s growing depression has led to a drinking problem but it wasn’t certain if this would be a continuing plot line or just a break from reality. It’s not like this would be uncommon since after all (a) it is a cartoon and (b) Kenny has died close to100 times…
