Review: We Bare Bears “Pigeons”

Overview (Possible Spoilers Below)
Grizz befriends a single footed pigeon named Brenda and her friends. The episode featured a funny hip-hop montage of them developing a bond which of course causes Panda & Ice Bear express concern but Grizz over time develops an ability to understand pigeon language. This leads to Brenda and her flock privately ask him to save their brethren and for a group of birds knowing their way around a laptop and printing out a map to this oddly specific location which is pretty damn impressive.
When Grizz goes out to save the pigeons at Brenda’s request, It isn’t until Grizz frees them when he hilariously discovers that her fellow pigeons are the pigeon cartel from their very first episode “Our Stuff”. The cartel confronts Brenda and sends her flock at Grizz which makes it on the news and when being apprehended by cops on a roof, Grizz starts to fall off the building until Brenda has a change of heart and attempts to reduce the impact of Grizz’s fall which hilariously works out. The episode ends with Grizz now periodically visiting Brenda’s pigeon cell even after everything that’s happened.
Our Take
It was great to see that Brenda is not as bad as the rest of her pigeon Cartel and Grizz still considers her a friend despite her previous behavior.
