Review: Regular Show “Christmas in Space”

The guys are busy opening presents when they decide to start telling Christmas-themed stories. Problem is, all of the stories seem to have twisted endings with monsters and crazy action shit that’s more reminiscent of the stuff we get in the Halloween specials. Benson recognizes this but doesn’t rectify it as he tells spooky Christmas stories of his own. Lots of familiar faces from Regular Show’s past show up…like REAL far back.
Our Take
While not nearly as special as the Christmas specials of years’ prior, there were tons of laugh out loud moments for this year’s Regular Show Christmas special. And while laser-nosed reindeers, aging rocksters, and escapes from the mall were all fun, I think the Krampus bit was the winner. And how about a running gag featuring holiday bells? I’m going to miss Regular Show’s take on Christmas, but if this is it then this is it.
