RapeCon (DragonCon) Founder gets off Easy…

Over the Summer we knocked in DragonCon’s collective dick until they decided to buy out Ed Kramer from his stake in the company. For those that don’t know, Ed was constantly being arrested for abusing teenage boys all the while using profits from Dragon Con (he made about $150k a year!!!) to fight his court battles and despite the fact that he was bought out, he was making profit off of Dragon Con all the way up to and including last week.

Welp, it looks like it worked, because instead of being sent to jail this carcass gets off pretty easy with little more than a slap on a wrist. According to Deadline.com, Ed pleaded guilty to three counts of child molestation and was sentenced to 34 months of HOUSE ARREST:

Under the court’s nine-condition agreement, if the 52-year-old Kramer violates even a single term he could land back in prison for up to 60 years. Those include failing to pay each victim a $100K restitution, violating his house arrest, or coming in contact with any person under the age of 16.

Needless to say, Justice has NOT been done. Its funny in a world where people can get put away for 10 years for selling marijuana, guys like this still get off with little more than a slap on the wrist. I will say the new DragonCon organizers did try their best and even sued Ed so that he can take the buyout, but I think they should have testified on how long they decided to do business with Ed fully knowing his vindictive past.
